There are two types of photo albums, those of users and those of website. Albums of the website are immediately accessible through the button in the top bar. Albums of users is only accessible from the user profile page, but both types of albums are public. You can add albums to the site through: "Setup (button)" > "Photo-Album - Create New" > "Confirm". If you want to add buttons that connect the album to a specific user, you can use the plugin named Add Custom Buttons: "Setup"> "Add Custom Buttons"> "Confirm". For your purpose, you should use the photo album of the website and not a personal one.

P.S.:
There is also a photo album shared among all users, and is the photo album of the forum.Any photo albums can have a tree structure in order to better classify photos by theme, location, time, topic, etc. ..

I assume that there is something wrong with the configuration of the site. Try to create a new configuration: Log in with the user supervisor (the first one you created). Jump to page setup (button "Setup"), "Make a new configuration", assign a name, and press the button "Make". Now add a photo album to this configuration, assign it an album or already created (see bottom of the page setup), at this point press the "confirm" at the bottom right. If the problem persists please contact me again, if there is no confidential data can give me ftp access for testing? Regards, Andrew.

Maybe the version you have is old and does not support third-level domains. Try with the latest version that you download from here:
