If a user loses his password, after the first attempt wrong, the user can ask to receive the password by email.

If a user loses his password, after the first attempt wrong, the user can ask to receive the password by email. When i go into the user and select the dropdown for roles, there is no submit button or anywhere for me to submit the change. What is wrong here?

You can change the role simply by choosing it from the drop-down list. No need to press the submit button.The role of "excluded" is not settable, to exclude a user you need to use scissors (from the forum or user page).

...
Also, how can I restore a user, excluded using the scissors?
