Hola aun no he podido instalar .NET CMS pero espero poder hacerlo porque tengo problemas con la instalación, pero por lo que he leido está muy bien a ver que pasa.

Locally does not require installation, instead of the IIS server that you just copy all the files and sets up the version of framework to 4.0. Remember to check write permissions to the directory /app_data
